Feng Shui Mania

Saturday, February 14, 2009
Do you believe in Feng Shui? I used to not really believe in it but today, my perception on Feng Shui has totally changed. Today i woke up quite early ( I don't know 8 am is considered early or not but the only thing i know is that its killing me). My Gu gu from Singapore came to my house to look at our Feng Shui. She has been into this Feng Shui profession for quite a number of years. Since. she's In M'sia, she dropped by to take a look at our house. She even helped us to calculate our birth date ( "Pat Zhi"). So, she started off with mine 1st. And to my surprise most of the things she said about me is TRUE!. Especially about my relationship luck. She even can guessed that I have a bf already this year based on my birth date( I swear that no one ever tell her bout it). I almost spitted out the tea I'm drinking when she ask me about it. I looked at my dad, then to my mom, then to my dad again. Then, dad say, nvm, just tell your aunt the truth. Later, she told me the career that is suitable for me, and another surprise too. She said that I'm suitable for finance and insurance sectors. So, since I actually planned to pursue Actuarial Science, what she predicted is almost accurate. She too talks bout my wealth luck, health, my strength, my weakness and influence in my future. According to her, for this coming two years, I'll be facing emotitonal clash (which I think i am beginning to face now) something due to my star clashing with my birth date so she ask me to not to take things too overly and learn to let go. This emotional clash will go off by the time I am 20, so i think its not that bad. Then, she went on with my siblings and parents one. For two hours, I sat with them, trying to gain some concept about Feng Shui and what is she trying to explain. Overall, I gained some new knowledge today not to mention my new perception about Feng Shui.

After this, I'm going out to Banting ( I guessed its somewhere in Negeri Sembilan) for dinner with Hao Min's, Suet Huey's and a few more families as a reunion. We are testing the so call "famous" Beggar Chicken there. Later sure got a lot of things to catch up with Hao Min and Suet Huey. We have to travel at bout 4 something cuz it takes about 2 hours to reach there. Hopefully the chicken will taste nice. Yesterday's conversation with Ian was less than interesting, more precisely its very annoying. Its not because both of us, it just that our attempt to start a conversation keeps on disrupted by the bad Internet connection. I just don't know what happened to the damn connection. Perhaps it is also suffering from emotional breakdown. WTH! It sucks to the max! Forgive my bad language, i couldn't help it.

Oh ya, i read finish The Chocolate Lover's Diet. It is quite interesting for me but I think I'm skipping The Chocolate Run first because I think i got overdose of chocolates..indirectly. Cuz every corner of TCLD ( the 1st book i mentioned) is about chocolates, chocolates and more chocolates. This book is not recommended for those who has no will power to stay away from the heavenly delicious sugary brown tidbits cuz you will tend to eat it along as you read the book. I felt lk i have ate a whole book of chocolate. I'm starting The Secret Shopper's Revenge after this. At least i can resist shopping rather than chocolates. For this two months of sticking my butt everyday on the coach, I read quite a number of new novels and reread some of the old ones already. Lets see, i scribble the list out:

1. The Da Vinci Code
2. Deception Point
3. Angels and Demons
4. Human Traces
5. The Interpretation of Murder
6. The Confession of a Shopaholic
7. If You Could See Me Now
8. The Chocolate Lover's Diet
I have another 4 new ones coming up, including the one i just started. Hope can finish on time. To anyone out there, if you have any great books, lend me ya!

Let a four leaf clover bring me luck

P/S: The date and time for this post is inaccurate..sorry ya!
